However, both the authors in relation to the text of organizational culture argued on the subject matter that culture needs to be maintained or changed towards the attainment of organizational targets. ... Comparison and contrast of the main arguments and points discussed in the articles In order to compare the main arguments along with the points as per the discussion made by the authors in the provided articles or texts, it can be apparently observed that both the articles stressed upon revealing the importance of organisation culture and explained how organisation culture plays a key role in the success or failure of an organisation. According to the prescribed article, the authors stated that corporate culture exists in different patterns within a particular organization (Wilcoxson & Millett, n.d.). In contrast, the authors in the chosen article depicted the importance of recognizing the issues in understanding along with changing the culture (Kilmann et. al., 1986).
