The ODA was re sponsible for the success of the organisation with time, cost and purpose. This body is solely responsible for the success of the Olympics 2012. In order to deliver an effective trouble program it was essential for ODA to appoint a partner. Thus the delivery partner was made responsible for the smooth run of the event.
